What format do I get?
MP4 (H.264) on Chrome 126+, Edge and Safari — ready for every platform. Firefox produces WebM, which major platforms accept; convert once if a specific tool demands MP4.
Why is there no share link feature?
Because a share link requires storing your video on a server, which is exactly what this tool is built to avoid. Export the file and share it through whatever channel you already use — that keeps control on your side.
Does local recording limit quality or length?
No server plan caps anything here. Quality is bounded by your machine: screen resolution, chosen region size, and CPU for encoding. Length is bounded only by available disk space.
